Return & Replacement Policy – Monsuwi Ornaments
We value your trust and aim to deliver products that exceed your expectations. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:
1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement claims.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 2 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind,” dislike of design, or minor color variation due to screen differences.

Products damaged due to customer handling or wear & tear will not be accepted.
3. Replacement or Refund

If eligible, we will offer a free replacement of the same product.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping

Reverse Pickup Facility:
In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address through our courier partners, making the return process easy and convenient for you. -
If Reverse Pickup is Unavailable:
If your location does not support reverse pickup, you may be requested to ship the product back to us on your own. Don’t worry — we’ll reimburse the shipping cost up to ₹50, provided you share valid proof of shipment (e.g., courier receipt or tracking slip).
