Return & Replacement Policy – Monsuwi Ornaments

We value your trust and aim to deliver products that exceed your expectations. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement claims.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 2 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind,” dislike of design, or minor color variation due to screen differences.

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or wear & tear will not be accepted.

3. Replacement or Refund

  • If eligible, we will offer a free replacement of the same product.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

  • Reverse Pickup Facility:
    In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address through our courier partners, making the return process easy and convenient for you.

  • If Reverse Pickup is Unavailable:
    If your location does not support reverse pickup, you may be requested to ship the product back to us on your own. Don’t worry — we’ll reimburse the shipping cost up to ₹50, provided you share valid proof of shipment (e.g., courier receipt or tracking slip).
